2025 Municipal Election Recount to be held Tuesday, Nov. 11 at SSES

Election results are not yet fully official for Easton's 2025 municipal election, as three races were close enough to trigger a mandatory recount via state statute.

That recount will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 4:30 p.m. at Samuel Staples Elementary School's cafetorium (515 Morehouse Road, Easton).

The recount will be held for the following offices:

First Selectman Board of Assessment Appeals Regional Board of Education

Candidates are allowed to attend or select a proxy to monitor, and the Public is welcome to view the process.
